Our Return Commitment
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. As discerning design lovers ourselves, we understand that sometimes a piece needs to be seen in your space to be properly evaluated.
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on mattresses, cushions, or upholstered items unless faulty. Custom-made or bespoke furniture (including made-to-order designer sofas and tables) are also excluded from standard returns.
Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return
Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:

- Photos of the item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (helps us improve our collections)

2. Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return shipping label (for eligible returns)
- Collection instructions for larger items like sofas or beds
- Special packaging guidance for fragile items (e.g., ceiling lights)
3. Package & Ship Your Return
For smaller items (bar stools, bedside tables, etc.):
- Repackage in original protective wrapping
- Include all accessories and documentation
- Affix provided return label clearly
For large furniture (dining tables, bookcases, etc.):
- Our carrier will arrange collection
- Please have item(s) ready in original packaging
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timeline: Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Amount: Item cost minus original shipping fees (unless return is due to our error)
Designer Tip: Consider exchanging rather than returning – many of our clients find selecting an alternative designer sofa or armchair solves their spatial requirements perfectly.
Exchange Procedure
Prefer a different size or style? Follow the same process as above, noting in your email that you’d like an exchange for:
- Another color/finish of the same item
- A different product (we’ll adjust any price difference)
We’ll prioritize processing exchanges to minimize your waiting time for that perfect statement piece.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards, these items cannot be returned unless defective:
- All art pieces (custom framed or canvas prints)
- Custom upholstery (designer sofas with fabric selections)
- Made-to-measure furniture (console tables, cabinets)
- Clearance items marked “final sale”
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your designer furniture arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Document with photos within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all packaging materials
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
We’ll arrange free collection and expedite your replacement – because your design vision shouldn’t be delayed by logistics.
International Returns
For clients outside the UK:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs documentation must be completed accurately
- Allow extra processing time for international transactions
